These one-to-one sessions offer a safe, supportive way back to exercise, with a focus on reconnecting to the body post-birth and gently building confidence to move with ease. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, and babies are welcome! Themes include: stabilising the core, using the breath to support mobility, working with posture and alignment of the pelvis and spine, and releasing tension relating to feeding, carrying and recovery. You can book a session once you’ve had your 6-week postnatal check-up, and your GP has confirmed you are safe to exercise.
